- Product features are not clear- If the website doesn’t describe all the features of your products clearly then customers/visitors will not get the things properly. Like if there is an ecommerce website, there are so many products available . If any of the product has been sold out and this information is not displayed there then other customers will try to purchase that product which has already been sold out. It makes the wrong impression on customers.
